The Instructors

Yan FALCOZ-VIGNE

Yan graduated from the Ligue de Bretagne – French Federation of Rescue and First Aid – for boat license assessment, and he is also a ski instructor during the winter season. His experience in training is therefore strengthened by his dual competence and his adaptive teaching approach is recognized and appreciated by all his students. His nautical experience on Lake Geneva is extensive because for many years he has also worked as a professional skipper.

Jean-Hervé PAULIN

Nicknamed JHP, Jean-Hervé PAULIN is an experienced navigator on the Atlantic Ocean, the English Channel and the Mediterranean basin before joining the lake a few years ago. Coastal and offshore cruises in all weather conditions, on sailing boats and motorboats, hold no secrets for him and you will be able to draw inspiration from his experience for your future voyages. He completed the CQP FPP training (Pleasure Boat License Instructor) at INB (Institut Nautique de Bretagne).

Our Boats

We have 3 approved training boats for the pleasure boating license course. They are used depending on the number of candidates per session, according to weather conditions and the future use of the students after obtaining their license. Many French boat schools use pilothouse or fishing-leisure boats, whereas 90% of the boats used are rigid inflatable boats and open hull boats.

Prince 23

This 23-foot rigid inflatable boat is powerful (200 hp) and can safely accommodate 4 student candidates on board. Very popular in summer during the hottest season as it is equipped with a very large sun canopy, also usable in rainy weather.

CAP CAMARAT 750

This 7.50 m open hull boat is a reference in the category of seaworthy and sporty boats. With its 225 hp outboard engine, it will allow student candidates to become familiar with a powerful yet very maneuverable and pleasant boat to navigate. Ideal for 3 students and the instructor on board.

COBA P555

This 5.50 m boat is very light, and with its 100 hp outboard engine it remains very agile and lively, providing real pleasure when driving and navigating. Ideal for 2 students and the instructor on board, it will protect its passengers from both the sun and the rain thanks to its full sun canopy.
